职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Complete concept/proposal design of automated production line and workstation for production, assembly and testing, according to customer’s requirement or technical specification independently
  能根据客户要求或技术说明书，独立完成自动化产线和生产、装配及调试工站的方案设计工作
-Summarize the concept/proposal design as report and review with customers to get final approval
  制定方案设计报告，与客户评审直至通过
-Evalute lead time for mechanical design for the project
  评估项目设计周期
-Responsible for transferring approved concept/proposal to design team. Lead the project and participate in component sizing, detailed 3D and 2D engineering work with design engineers
  负责将方案交接至设计团队，并带领设计团队，完成元器件选型，3D建模和2D工程图的详细设计工作
-Communicate with customers regarding change request, lead time , resources and project delivery
  负责在项目中和客户进行设计变更、设计周期、人员安排和项目交付等方面的沟通
-Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality
  对自己设计工作的进度和质量负责
-Troubleshoot design related problems
  解决设计相关的问题
-Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
  主管交待的其他任务

Person Specifications:
-At least 3 years concept design experience of non-standard automated production line, automation machine, workstation for robotics
  至少3年以上非标自动化生产设备经验或机器人工作站的方案设计工作经验
-2 years above design for automobile powertrain assemble production machine is preferred
2年以上汽车动力总成装配线设计开发或其测试设备经验者优先
-Familiar with pneumatic cylinders, motors, actuators, lead screws and sensors commonly used in non-standard equipments
  熟悉气缸、电机、滑台模组、丝杆和传感器等非标设备上常用的元器件。
-3-5 years working experience in mechanical design
  3-5年机械设计相关工作经验
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  大学本科，机械设计工程专业
-Good communication in English
  良好的英语沟通能力
-Highly interested in working for variety of mechanical engineering work and product
  对不同领域和不同类型产品的设计工作有高度的兴趣
-Familiar with Office software, AutoCAD and SolidWorks are must. NX or Inventor skills are a big plus
  熟练使用Office办公软件，必须精通AutoCAD和SolidWorks软件。会使用NX或者Inventor优先
-Independent worker, Team-player, Self-motivator, good coordinator and strong ability of learning etc.
  能独立完成工作，有团队协作精神、自我激励和良好的沟通能力、很强的学习能力
-Travel availability
