职位描述：
具体要求：

1． 中专以上学历，机械，电气或自动化相关专业；

2． 2年以上数控设备维护工作经验，具备基本的电气、机械、液压和气动知识

3． 熟悉数控设备控制系统，例如西门子或法那科, 良好的PLC诊断技能

4． 良好的专业数控资料的阅读能力；

5． 工作积极主动，善于分析解决问题，独立性强；

6． 良好的沟通技能和良好的团队合作精神；

7． 通过GB和Kaizen项目改善和完善设备；

8． 能够倒班,加班



职责描述：

1; 排除生产过程中设备的异常及故障

2; 设备的月度年度保养，及时更新设备的备件信息，提前申请

3; 必要时与设备生产商取得联系，获取必要的技术支持或相关备件信息

4; 协助主管处理项目工程转换及落实

5; 提出改善建议，对设备高故障点改善设计

6; 协助其他部门解决与设备异常问题

7; 领导安排的其他工作

8: 负责新设备的安装协助及验收 举报 分享
