职位描述：

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities：

1.Lead the monthly and yearly financial closing and reporting package preparation; ensure closing deadlines are met and deliverables are in good quality

2.Prepare supporting working papers and reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis; ensure monthly accruals are properly made

3.Manage and monitor the accuracy of data in the accounting system; identify and resolve any inconsistencies or non-compliance in accounts

4.GL entry booking monthly: payroll, expenses accrued, prepaid expenses etc.

5.Coordinator of external audit

6.Perform the accurate daily invoices entering

7.Review all invoices for appropriate documentation

8.Prepare monthly cost variance reports and analysis main variances of actual vs. budget/forecast/last year; provide such reports and other financial data to relevant departments and management as required

9.Assist Finance Manager with developing and improving the existing internal financial control processes and procedures

10.Assist Finance Manager with annual financial planning, budgeting and reforecasting processes,

11.Perform the monthly account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of payable balance

12.Monthly voucher filling and other works as line manager required

Job Specifications：

1.Familiar with MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus

2.Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

3.Good learning capability

4.Good communication skills, and proficient in both English and Chinese

5.Strong integrity, Passion and Drive for internal control and process improvement

6.A Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
