职位描述
Assist the manager to build a strong and proactive service for all areas of accessories (leather handbag, small leather goods, leather belts) manufacturing.
Responsible and plan for the merchandising activities for a product line, including new program development.
Ensure that all samples are developed to meet buyer's requirements (to develop alternatives and liase with buyers), adequate quotations are negotiated and obtained to achieve business objectives - follow up on development.
Quota reservation and movement, whenever required.
To monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements.
To work with factories on lead-times, capture shipping windows and salesman samples delivery.
Handles and troubleshoot production problems and work with factory to present alternatives to both buyers and management.
Maintain and update system data.
Day to day communication, email/fax on status tracking on production/delivery.
Qualification & Working Experience
Minimum 6 years experience in related area
Diploma holder or above
Export experience in both USA and Europe markets
Able to work independently with strong technical knowledge, good leadership and organizing skills
Self-motivated, independent, good communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
