Lean/Solutionmanagement To lead up Continue Programme Improvement (CPI) activities within CUSTOMER CDC
领导持续改进计划（CPI）
To identify/ suggest processes or equipment that will improve the work flow base on logical analysis
根据逻辑分析来识别/识别将改进工作流程的流程或设备
To implement projects approved by CUSTOMER/LF management, ensure costs are within the budget, and agreed efficiency and productivity objectives are achieved or surpassed
实施批准的项目，确保成本在预算范围内，并约定生产率和效率目标达到或超过
To design the DC layout to achieve optimum logistics flow and productivity
设计仓库布局达到最优物流和生产力
To recommend the process and productivity improvement projects that will assist CUSTOMER to achieve cost savings and efficient operations .
推荐流程和生产率改善，协助公司实现节约成本和高效运营
To plan and recommend investments that will achieve sustainable cost savings and process efficiency improvements
计划和建议投资，以实现可持续的成本节约和过程效率的改善
To train and coach subordinates

职位要求Job Qualification
1 教育水平
Education Level - Bachelor degree or above;
本科以上学历
2 工作经验
Work experience - At least 4years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain in first line supervisory roll
3 综合素质/个人特征
Personal Character - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
工程、计算机科学或相关专业学士学位
- 3 years of large DC experience, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
3年以上大型仓库工作经验，有良好的跟踪记录的领先过程改进措施
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Minitab, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint essential
能够熟练使用Minitab、Excel、Word和PowerPoint，Visio
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen or other CPI tools is a plus
有六西格玛，精益，改善和CPI工具使用优先
