Overview of Responsibilities:

This is a key appointment, which is central to the smooth running of the entire school campus. The incumbent will be the key point of contact and coordinator for all related facility service requests and Health and Safety issues within the whole school campus and offer general administrative support to the Facility Manager and his team. Duties are as follows:
   
? Act as the key coordinator and point of contact for Health and Safety matters, as well as customers wanting support and advice from the Facility department.
? Prepare and actively manage Health and Safety inspections and issues for the whole campus.
? Support the preparation of contracts and payments.
? Work closely with the operations team and other functional teams to coordinate facility resources based on educational requirements.
? Monitor the Indoor Air purification web control system and report issues to the system administrator.
? Maintain facility policies and other required documentation.
? Provide support and be willing to undertake any extra tasks allocated by the facility manager
? Translate documents and provide translation services in meetings.
? Any other duties assigned by the Facility Manager.

  Skills and Experience Required:
? College degree or above. Good command of English and ability of communicate with foreign colleagues for specific facility issues.
? Preferable, but not essential, to have some facility service experience and some engineering/science knowledge.
? Ability to work independently, with high problem-solving skills.
? Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
? Be professional in terms of work attitude , and be able to bear high pressure.
