职位概要Job Summary：
担任公司体系管理者代表，协助总经理进行公司发展战略规划，并履行相应的责任和义务；建立健全公司各种质量标准，质量管理文件和质量规章制度；确保产品质量，降低废品率，控制质量成本；负责ISO/TS16949质量体系, ISO14001环境体系, CCC产品认证体系的正常运行与维护；
This position is the representative of company system, assist General Manager on strategical planning, and implement relevant responsibility and obligation. Establish and strengthen all quality standards, quality management documents and quality regulations. In charge of products quality, reduce scrap rate and control quality cost. Also in charge of good operation and maintenance of ISO/TS16949，ISO14001 and CCC Certification

主要职责Main Responsibilities：
-根据公司年度质量目标，制定本部门年度工作计划，并组织实施计划达成目标；
According to company’s annual quality target, set up quality department’s annual work plan, responsible for organizing and implementing related plans to achieve the target
-负责组织制定和完善各项质量标准，质量管理文件和规则制度，并贯彻实施；确保遵循客户的要求和法规；
In charge of organizing, making and implementing all items of quality standards, quality management documents and regulations. Make sure to follow customer’s requirements and regulations.
-负责对供应商质量工程师的工作进行监督和管理；
In charge of supervising and managing Supplier Quality Engineer work.
-协调与客户质量部门的关系。
Coordinates relationships of customer quality department.
-负责处理客户抱怨，组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，完成跟踪验证工作；提交8D报告等各类质量事故处理文件；
In charge of handling clients’ complaint; organizing quality team to analyze, correct and make preventive measure of quality accident; following validation works and putting forward all solution document of quality accident such as 8D report.
-负责新产品开发质量管理工作，保证新项目顺利通过客户审核，达到批量生产要求的质量水平；
In charge of quality management of new product development, make sure the new project can pass customer’s audit, and achieve quality standard of mass production
-组织开展公司过程审核和客户审核，确保达成质量目标；
Organize to launch process audit and customer audit, ensure to achieve quality target.
-负责公司ISO/TS16949质量体系有效正常地运行以及年检换证工作，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
In charge of good operation, annual inspection and renewal ISO/TS16949, ensure a smooth pass on outside audit on quality system. Responsible for organizing inside quality audit, and follow up the implementing and correction
-组织团队解决生产过程中出现的质量问题，协调涉及到的各相关部门的关系，明确技术质量要求和执行标准；
In charge of organizing team to solve quality issue which occurred in the process of production; Coordinate with relevant departments, be clear of quality standard and operation standard.
-负责公司ISO14001环境体系有效正常地运行以及年检换证工作，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
In charge of annual inspection & renewal of company ISO14001, to ensure a successful pass on outside audit on environmental system. Responsible for organizing inside quality audit, and follow up the implementing and correction
-负责公司CCC产品认证体系有效正常地运行以及年检换证工作，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
In charge of annual inspection & renewal of company CCC Certification, to ensure a successful pass on outside audit on environmental system. Responsible for organizing inside quality audit, and follow up the implementing and correction
-有权停止生产、停止不符合产品的交付,并召回不合格产品。
Has authority to suspend production, to suspend delivery of non-conforming products, and recall non-conforming products.
-遵守ISO14001、ISO/TS16949, CCC的相关条款，承担公司体系文件规定的相关（安全、环境和质量）责任。
Abide by the regulation of ISO14001, ISO/TS16949 and CCC, and take responsibility in security , environment and quality which written in company system documents.
-完成上级领导交办的临时工作
Finish other tasks arranged by superior

任职资格Job qualifications ：

-大学本科及以上学历，质量管理、企业管理、机械制造类相关专业优先；
Bachelor degrees or above, major in quality management，factory management or mechanical specialty related;
-5年以上汽车行业相关领域的工作经验。
Above 5 years working experience in automotive field.
-熟悉MSA, SPC, FMEA以及其他相关的质量管理工具（如鱼骨图，G8D等）
Familiar with MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools (Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)
-具有较强的分析，解决问题的能力；
Has strong analysis, problem solving skills
-具有较强的领导能力和决策能力，良好的部门沟通和协调能力；
Has strong leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other departments
-熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系, ISO14000环境管理体系和CCC产品认证体系，具有内审员资格证书。
Well know ISO/TS16949 quality management system, ISO14000 Environment management system and CCC system; has internal auditor certification
-英语熟练
