职位描述：
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
? Co-ordinate with the planning, quality and engineering，use all resources, Ensure the required production output committed to the target of customer and on time delivery
协调生产与计划、质量、工程提升效率，调动所有资源，确保生产达到客户的要求，并及时交付
? Optimise efficiency of equipment and process in the production, build up the standard process system, continuous create new solution for DIP production line to improve the productivity
优化生产工艺流程和设备效率，建立标准化系统流程，在DIP生产线持续寻找新的提升生产率的方案
? Quality oriented, ensure the operating of every work station meets the manufacturing process and quality requirements, deduct the scrap
质量导向，确保每个工序的操作符合制造程序和质量要求，降低废品率
? Find solution to reduce the cost from current status, decrease the waste
在生产现状的基础找到降低成本的方案，减少浪费
? Analysis the demand of manpower/machine/materials, focus on the standards of manufacturing process and environment. (labour, machine, material, method, environment)
分析生产线人员，设备，及物料需求状况，关注操作方法，制程环境（人，机，料，法，环）
? Enhance the operating and relevant skills of team members, build up the norm
提升员工操作技能或其它相关技能，建立规范
? Manpower plan, build up a cohesive team, develop and manage team members
生产人力计划，团队建设，员工发展及管理

Requirements要求：
1）Formal Education 教育背景:
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or industry engineering or economic management
本科及以上学历，电子或工业工程或经济管理专业
2）Specialist Training and Experience 专业培训及经验:
? Be familiar with SMT and assembly manufacturing process. Have good Technical knowledge and experience in industry with lot of products but little of volume.
熟悉SMT和组装的制造工艺流程，具备很好电子行业的技术理论知识，并有多品种少批量的制造经验。
? Have good quality awareness and experience. Be familiar with quality control tools & methods.
具备良好的质量意识和经验，熟悉质量控制工具和方法
? About six-year relevant working experience in PCBA manufacturing company. More than three years production management experience.
六年左右PCBA工厂相关工作经验，三年以生产管理经验
3）Specific Knowledge & Skills for the Position 本职位特定知识及技能:
? Good planning skills, familiar with material and planning control. Familiar with process assessment and have strong creation
