职位描述：
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
提醒：该岗位最主要的要求是具备氩弧焊的工作经验，中专及以上学历。

Setting-up welding equipment, tools and jigs；
Preparing the work piece to be ready for welding by means of hand grinding, grit blasting, and applicable cleaning according to work inspection.
Welding and grinding of turbine parts according instructions and quality requirements, welding net-shape, and minimizing deformation and heat affected area；
Checking technical condition of welding equipment, tools and jigs prior start of operation；
Checking pre-welding condition of the part；
Reporting non-conformances to direct superior；
Performing effective self-control of quality；
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Qualification / Competence :
Secondary technical education (major in Welding)；
Experience in Gas turbine component welding is highly benefit.
Certified TIG-\MIG-\MAG-welder；
Having ambitions to be a good craftsman；
Ability to work effectively and follow instructions；
Ability to train new welders；
Good interpersonal skills；
Performing effective self-control of quality；
