职位描述：
Participates on new product development teams to make sure testability is designed into new prod-ucts.
加入到新产品开发小组, 确保新产品的可测性设计.
Determines the test process and develops test specs based on that process.
确定测试程序, 完善基于此程序的测试规范.
Generates test programs and fixtures for production testing and Test SOP for MP.
为生产测试生成测试程测试序以及测试文件, 确定工作夹具.
Supports production by providing on-going technical support.

Requirement:
Skilled at writing software programs using application specific software tools.
能使用应用程序特定的软件工具熟练编写软件程序.
Extensive understanding of analog and digital circuits and familiar with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzer , power meter and Litepoint
广泛理解模拟和数字电路以及能够熟练运用频谱仪,功率计和litepoint.
Skilled at defining and writing test specifications and procedures.
熟练定义和编写测试规格及程序.
Strong oral English and written communication skills.
良好的英语口语和书面沟通技巧.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, and three years experience in an engineering or pro-gramming capacity in a product test engineering group.
