职位描述：
1 Job Summary: 工作摘要:
Assist the machining line for the new project equipment debugging and process improvement. Perform machining line improvement projects. Implement and improve the equipment preventive maintenance plan. Tracking equipment on a daily basis the running state and puts forward Suggestions to improve the sexual and innovative to production supervisor.
协助机加工线新项目设备调试与工艺改进。执行机加工线改进项目。执行并完善设备的预防维护计划。跟踪设备每天的运行状态并向生产主管提出改善性和创新性的建议。
     
2 Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责:
2.1 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance measures
执行预防性和纠正性维护措施
2.2 Understand and use maintenance records to establish and improve the standardization of equipment maintenance
理解和使用维护记录来建立和改善设备维护的标准化
2.3 Understand the manufacturing process, and have the ability to debug all the production equipment
理解制造工艺流程，并有能力调试所有的生产设备
2.4 Maintenance of CNC equipment mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, such as fault
维修CNC设备的机械，电气，气压，液压等故障
2.5 Cooperate with related departments to continue to improve
与相关部门合作进行持续改善
2.6 Maintain and update the maintenance documents
维护并更新维护文档
2.7 Solve and record troubleshooting documentation for troubleshooting
解决故障并记录故障解决文档


4 Job Specifications:岗位要求
4.1 General requirements:基本素质要求
4.1.1 With three years of relevant experience in CNC equipment maintenance and repair.
具有三年以上的CNC设备维护与维修相关经验。
4.1.2 Have read and understand technical drawings and technical documents in
English.
具有阅读并理解英文技术图纸和技术资料的能力。
4.1.3 Mechanical, electrical and related education background.
具有机械，电气及相关的教育背景。
4.1.4 With a strong analysis and problem solving skills
具有极强的分析和解决问题的能力
4.1.5 Innovative, flexible
创新，灵活
4.1.6 Observe discipline, need shift change.
遵守纪律，本岗位需服从公司轮班。

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements:专业技能要求
4.2.1 Understand basic automation manufacturing industry related knowledge
理解基本的自动化制造工业相关知识
4.2.2 Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging, be familiar with PLC programming.
