Job Descriptions:
- To perform receptionist function, ensuring an accurate, efficient and polite service to all
- To maintain visitor log, vehicle log, key log and other administrative logs
- To take attendance records and photos for trainings
- To source hospitality as required, including work lunches
- To establish and maintain computerized databases of the organization's contacts, service providers and other relevant information as required
- To organize travel and accommodation for the organization's staff and visitors
- To establish and maintain filing systems as appropriate under the supervision of the Finance Manager
- To maintain the overall standard of the office space including liaising with cleaning services
- To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers and IT consultant regarding maintenance
- Other general administration/clerical support
Requirements:
- Major in English or excellent spoken English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
- The image and temperament are fine, please send us your recent full- figure photo when you apply for this position
- Prior experience of administration is a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good character, proactive, ability to work under pressure, great organizational and coordination skills
