职位描述：
Responsibility

1. 在单模吹瓶机上调整/优化PET瓶子吹瓶工艺以达到***瓶子性能
Professional technical skills for analyze and optimize the PET bottle blowing process to define the best and stable process on single mold blower;

2. 提供吹瓶工艺报告
Provide process report for tested bottles

3. 客户现场吹瓶工艺故障处理
Troubleshooting on customer site for blowing process issue in case of necessary;

4. 操作吹瓶机并能处理常见技术问题;
Operate single mold blower and solve common technical issues

5. 负责吹瓶机的日常清洁/保养工作，
Carry out blower daily clean/maintenance mission;

6. 提报吹瓶机年度保养/大修备件计划，
Prepare yearly maintenance schedule, as well as yearly spare parts purchase plan;

7. 实施吹瓶机年度保养工作；
Execute blower yearly maintenance mission;

8. 管理吹瓶机备件和模具
Manage blower spare parts and molds;



Requirement:

1. 大学或以上学历，机械/电气或相关专业
University degree or above, mechanical / electrical major or equivalent

2. 至少2年以上PET吹瓶机工艺调整经验
Minimum 2 years’ experience of PET blowing process

3. 熟悉CSD、热灌、无菌、矿泉水等PET瓶子的吹瓶工艺
Familiar with blowing process of CSD/Hotfill/Aseptic/Water PET bottles

4. 基本的英文听说读写能力，熟悉PET英文专业词汇
Basic skill of English communication via email / oral. Familiar with professional English words of PET field. 举报 分享
