职位描述：
Responsibilities：

1. Take a lead for ISO14001&18001 certificating and other mandatory required environment certificating by local authority
2. Identify and evaluate any hazardous environment impact facts with regular inspection and monitoring, drive the plant team to take corrective and preventive actions once environment non-conformity is occurred based upon the local environment requirement
3. Keep close contact and good relationship with local environment authority with regular visit to them; communicate to the plant team any new environment related laws and regulations, make sure company operations with maximum environment compliance
4. Schedule and organize regular on-site inspection and monitoring of occupational hazardous impact facts (OHIF) for each work stations throughout the process; keep latest update of the inspection result and post results on-site; Define and keep latest update of occupational hazardous fact impact work stations of the company
5. Schedule and organize regular occupational disease physical checking (ODFC) for the operators work at any occupational hazardous impact facts related work stations. Communicate the ODFC results to related operators promptly
6. Drive the plant team on setting up action plans to eliminate or reduce occupational hazardous impact facts with Capex projects, keep regular follow up of these projects to make sure these projects implemented on time
7. Update PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) requirement for each work stations based upon latest occupational hazardous impact facts inspection result; post PPE requirement on site with PPE map; Keep daily shop floor patrol on PPE discipline, covers operators, subcontractors and visitors.
8. Set up job rotation plan for ODFC work stations to prevent occupational disease cases from happening; handle occupational disease cases once it occurs with close follow up of the complete declare procedure with local authority
9. Work with plant team to carry out regular job safety assessment (JSA) activities: at least at a half-a-year basis with complete review; and upon new process launching, new equipment introduced or equipment modification is done.
10. Drive plant team to implement risk prevention and improvement projects which are from the analysis of JSA, lost time and non-lost time case, etc.
11. Implement safety management tools required by Morgan group and local authority: lock-out & tag-out, work at height, hot work, work permits, safety walk, chemical management, machine guarding, forklift management, etc. Carry out related training and certificating to the plant team
12. Handle plant daily routine EHS affairs: daily PPE and safety discipline patrol, daily 5S patrol, schedule and organize EHS related audits and visits from local authority and Morgan group, keep close contact and good relationship with local occupational safety authorities
13. Carry out lost time and non lost time accident analysis and corrective and preventative actions, submit EHS related reports to Morgan group and local authorities
14. Drive plant team on setting up/optimizing loss prevention emergency procedures: fire emergency procedure, earthquake emergency, flood emergency, and other nature disasters emergency, etc
15. Complete EHS related reporting to local Suzhou team, Morgan group and local authorities
16. Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in engineering background
2. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in foreign owned manufacturing company
3. Certified safety engineer or Safety license holders are preferred
4. Be familiar with national and international ESH standards and regulations.
5. Be familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
6. Proficiency for Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
