职位描述：
Basic Function:
1. First article inspection from supplier and internal;
     供应商和工厂内部首件样品检验；
2. Incoming inspection and fly inspection if necessary;
      进料检验，必要的话供应商现场检验；
3. Working out the inspection instruction according to inspection & testing plan, drawing, related standard;
      根据产品检验测试计划、图纸和相关标准制作进料检验检验指导书；
4. Follow up assigned result of nonconforming products;
      跟踪进料不合格品处理进度；
5. Make continuous improvement of process inspection;
      检验过程的持续改善；
6. Well keep documentation according to related procedures;
      根据有关程序文件保存相关质量文件；
7. Frequently make reasonable advices on development of quality development
提供有关质量改善提案；

Skills essentials to the job岗位要求：
1. Technical技术要求：
1) Familiar with inspect tools, just like caliper, micro-meter, CMM，etc.;
熟悉检验工具，比如卡尺、千分尺，三坐标等；
2) At least 2 years’ experience related to in-process inspection and quality control management;
至少在检验和质量控制领域有2年的工作经验；
3) Good understanding of Quality Systems: ISO 9001;
理解ISO9001条款；
4) Basic English skill, can read mails, drawings, procedures, etc.;
能够读懂英文邮件、图纸和文件等；
5) Can read mechanical drawing;
能够看懂机械图纸并理解相关要求；
6) Can use MS office such as Excel, Word, etc.
能够熟练应用Excel和Word等办公软件；
7) Others supervisor assigned.
