工作职责：
1协调操作,确保每月费用是合理和及时。
2当月费用关闭时,确保摊销是合理的。
3月度报告及时做好
4 负责每月费用检查与分析和发布规则检查以确保GL是正确的和费用是合理的。
5 每月费用分配根据会计准则,确保分配是合理的、正确的。
6员工报销,确保报销付款及时。
7其他从上级分配的工作
工作资格:
1、大专或以上学历,会计或金融相关专业
2、2年会计经验
4、擅长office操作。
5、熟悉FI/SAP者优先
6、在总账和成本核算方面有经验

Job Responsibilities
1 Coordinator with operation to make sure monthly montlhly accural is reasonable and in time. Accrual booking when month end closing.
2 Expense amortizaion when monthly closing and ensure the amortization is reasonable.
3 Prepare the monthly movement breakdown and reconciliaiton report timely.
4 Responsibal for monthly expense check & analysis and posting rule check to ensure the GL posting is correct and expense is reasonable.
5 Responsibal for monthly expense allocation according to accounting rule and ensure the allocation is reasonable and correct.
6 Book entry for expense account payable and check employee expense report, to ensure the reimbursement payment is timely.
7 Other assigned work from superior

Job Qualifications:
1 College or above, major in accounting or financial related
2 Good at Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
3 Familiar with FI of SAP is preferred
4 Experienced in General Ledger and Costing
5 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6 Self motivated, proactive and team work, can work under high pressure
