RESPONSIBILITIES
-Good host to answer the internal and external phone call
-Greeting visitors with professional corporate image
-Ensure the safety and security of office by controlling in/out visitors, report immediately for any unusual situation.
-Receive and screen all the daily faxes, letters, EMS, express & documents and distribute them to responsible person timely. - Meeting rooming booking assistance and facility checking
-Maintain meeting rooms in good order at all times
-Coordinate with office administration works
-Support daily operations when needed
REQUIREMENTS
-Qualifications - college degree or above
-Prefer relevant working experience in a reception role
-Good understanding of general network communication technologies
-Experience of working in reception role
-Fluent in English, speaking as well as writing
-Good communication skills and coordination capability
-Service minded
-Positive, self-driven and open minded
-Show initiative and enthusiasm
-Structured and process oriented
-Self learner and high performer
