职位描述：
Receive and send out material in ERP; Receive material from suppliers and control correct quantity;
用ERP接收和发送物料；供应商原料发货的接收并控制正确的数量；
Arrange people for preparation and assembly of kits to be delivered to customers, foreign and domestic as spare parts
安排工人准备和组装出口和内销的套组作为备品配件交给客户；
Arrange persons and list of material to pick up material for assembly line and packaging.
安排人员和物料清单去领取组装线的和包装的材料；
Prepare detailed packing lists for every component or group of components to be delivered to customers or any other recipient.
为每个组件或一组组件交付给客户或任何其他收件人时准备详细的包装清单；
Timely provide packing lists and information to sales and logistics for arranging transports and invoices
及时提供包装清单、销售信息和安排运输的物流工作和发票；
Provide confirmation of material receipt and delivery for purchase and finance
提供收发货收据交给采购和财务；
Record serial number of the parts delivered to customers, with details of address, customer’s name and contact
登记发货产品序列号,包括发货地址、客户的姓名及联络方式；
Inform purchase and sales department when material is received from suppliers and when it is ready for being delivered to customers
当从供应商处收到的材料时和准备好交付给客户时通知采购和销售部门；
Support and back up in creation of item codes, BOM and routings in ERP; maintenance of BOM and routings in ERP.
