职位描述:
· Lead the design, development, and execution of integrated recruitment strategies for key markets across all lines of business that are best suited to meet business needs, and achieve hiring goals.
· Responsible for the efficient and effective recruiting management including but not limited to sourcing, selection and offering and channel management. Lead recruitment team and maximize the team’s performance and productivity.
· Understand, manage and exceed recruitment expectations, architect proactive talent pipelining strategies through creative sourcing practices, alignment to workforce diversity initiatives, social marketing plans, employment branding and networking.
· Deliver competitive intelligence and market insights to key stakeholders in the business and across HR to enable data-driven decision making
· Support global and regional Talent Acquisition programs/initiatives implement, work closely with HR teams and business leaders to develop and implement leading campus recruitment activity, internship programs and maintain college relationship.
· Cultivate workforce analytics and insights to predict anticipated hiring volumes, continuously improve the selection process and hiring.
· Capable of defining and reviewing recruitment related budget, policies and guidelines.
· Develop, drive, track and communicate all recruitment metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Experience:
· 5+ years of recruitment experience at least, with experience in searching firm, hi-tech, financial firm ,etc.. is preferred;
· Experience leading the recruitment function in a progressive organization with strong presence in China, and with recruitment experience in HK or global-wise would be high preferred.
· Hands-on and proven success sourcing, selecting and retaining the best talent at all levels/all functions
· Must function well in and have proven experience working in ambiguous and complicated environments
Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment channels and strategies as well as demonstrated success with implementation
· Advanced knowledge of recruiting assessment tools and resources
Core Skills:
· Good skills in leadership, business savvy, client relationship building, and verbal/written communications
· Internal Client focused skills and attributes
· Demonstrated success creating high performing teams
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence client expectations
· Demonstrates outstanding organizational & communication skills to manage new and existing needs in multiple departments simultaneous
· Ability to work in a matrix environment with a high sense of urgency and be able to formulate, align and execute strategic and operational goals, must embrace and drive change
· Superior cognitive ability; ability to simplify complex situations; ability to make sound judgments; ability to research and analyze various types of data.
· Highly developed commercial sense and understanding of key business drivers
· Bi-lingual language skills mandatory (English and Mandarin)
Required Education
· Degree qualified in Human Resources or other related field. Bachelor Degree and above.
