职位描述
Primary Objectives:
- Coach leaders and managers to maximize the effectiveness of their teams and individuals and solve for complex organizational issues.
- Analyze and present people metrics to leadership teams to inform sound talent and business decisions.
- Guide managers through talent movement decisions and execution.
- Onboard and integrate new managers and employees.
- Execute high-touch engagement for diverse and high potential employees in support of their development.
- Partner with leaders to build people manager capability through people, experiences, and education.
- Exemplify, foster, and cultivate Riverwood Culture.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- HR Generalist - includes diversity and inclusion, employee relations, manager coaching, reward and recognition, compensation, legal compliance, recruiting, performance management and appraisal, training and career counseling. Partner with employee investigations group for escalation of designated issues.
- Business Partner - Understand the business and organizational issues they are facing. Drive systemic organizational and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategy. Work closely with Executive Team to ensure seamless strategic management of the organization.
- Project management - Lead implementation of core HR programs into the business insuring an effective, practical, and sustainable people strategy over the long term.
- Change Agent - Partner with and coach leaders and managers to facilitate organization and culture change.
- Employee Advocate - Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Riverwood Values-based environment that enables effective employee advocacy. Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Human Resources preferred.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record for collaborating effectively across diverse groups.
- Passion for helping others successfully lead and navigate through change and ambiguity.
- Ability to multi-task, embrace ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to inclusive partnership with Business Managers and Business Administrators to optimize HR/Business ROB.
- Ability to work well within an HR team to establish and integrate many of Riverwood’s well established people agenda initiatives, while also creating new programs and contributing to best practices across the organization.
Skills Required:
Specific and demonstrated ability includes, but is not limited to:
- 8+ years of directly applicable HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically and problem solve.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Solid track record of implementing HR projects and change programs.
- Demonstrated competence in employee relations and knowledge of China employment laws required.
- Strong oral and written communication both in English and Chinese, project and time management skills.
