Minimum of 7 years experience in Purchasing and /or Supply Chain Management including min 2 years in a position of supervising. A strong background in Purchasing Systems (Oracle ERP preferred) as well as Purchasing policies and procedures.
知识技能/Knowledge/Skill:
1. 具有工程技术背景者优先；
Engineering background is prefered;
2. 语言/Languages: 良好的英语口语及书写能力；
Good in oral and written English;
3. 电脑/Computer: 熟练操作电脑及使用办公软件, 如word, exce, ppt等 ,熟悉ERP系统；
Good computer and office software skills . ERP system is a plus.
主要职责/MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 划分工作范围与职责，提升团队效率以及对工作进行持续改善；
Identify the areas and opportunities which can bring in more effectiveness and efficiency and drive the
team for continuous improvement and optimum performance;
2. 采购部门关键指标的设定和管控, 出现偏差时应及时纠正；
KPI setting and monitoring in PUR team, think about how can improve when any deviation found;
3. 与其他部门合作，对工作流程进行分析及优化, 使部门间配合更顺畅；
Analysis and optimize procedure, to get more smooth cooperation with others departments;
4. 能够为团队创造积极的工作环境，能够培训成员对紧急问题的解决能力；
Be able to create a positive working environment thru the team and ability to coach the Team to tackle
any supply and material issues;
5. 领导采购团队管理本地和海外供应商，确保原材料供应及品质；
Lead a team of staff managing both domestic and oversea suppliers to ensure uninterrupted materials
availability and quality;
6. 与计划和其他部门合作，控制库存；
Coordinates with planning and operations to maintain inventories as well as receipts at planned levels;
7. 了解原材料及相关的供应商,如PCB, 电子件,机械件等等,了解市场价格；
Having knowledge with commodities and suppliers. Such as PCB, electronics components, mechanical
would be preferred;
8. 了解国际贸易知识如incoters, VMI, 质保等；
Solid knowledge of commercial terms and conditions including incoterms, VMI, warranty etc;
9. 订单审核与批准；
Purchase Order review and approval;
10. 项目报价分析,交期配合BOM。
