职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Work with R&D personnel to introduce new product/process into manufacturing line and continuous improvement activities on existing product/process;
2) Research and initiate package/process improvements actions to improve product quality product performance and production output；
3) Initiates and implements cost reduction ideas through process changes or product changes and issues appropriate pecifications or document；
4) Work together with other dept. to improve product yield, Quality and cost etc.
5) Assists Marketing and Quality Assurance in solving customer complaints regarding product problems；
6) Interface with base/PCB vendors and design rules for manufacturing, update, create and manage design engineering rawings；
7) Utilize six sigma methods to study, measure and propose DOE and process improvement actions；
8) Update existing document, drawing or generate new document or drawing together with the new process or production introduction；

Job Specifications
1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent;
2) Above 6 years working experiences, Strong background in semiconductor and PCB design or manufacturing；
3) Good knowledge of mechanical tolerance analysis；
4) Good knowledge of PCB design for noise and RF immunity will be considered as a plus;
5) Personal computer skills are required, and knowledge of associated applications such as office, databases, statistics analysis software & AutoCAD is necessary, strong Solidworks software skill is preferred；
6) Fluent English in listening, spoken and written；
7) Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and detailed oriented Personality；
8) Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to coordinate the introduction of complex projects and processes. 举报 分享
