• Ensure the departmental business target and company goals are met

• Establish close liaison with major vendors and business associates around the globe0
• Source and evaluate new factories
• Develop new product program
• Manage capacity planning and production allocation
• Obtain best quality and price from vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of product
• Alert management and business associates on high-risk areas, which may impact on production
• Provide evaluation on vendor/factory performance
• Manage expenses within budget
• Keep abreast of market changes, trends, quota, factory and new opportunity
• Grow business

• Minimum 10 years experience in merchandising
• Experience in USA market a must and EU market preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Good knowledge to PC and apparel production system preferred
