Positon Title: Finance Manager 财务经理
Directly Report: General Manager
Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
1. Develop finance management Systems, financial strategies; assist CFO to carry out investment work.
2. Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with China GAAP including drafting financial statements and related footnotes.
3. Responsible for consolidating and uploading financial report to cooperate reporting system including reconciliations of GAAP conversions from China, IFRS GAAP.
4. Responsible for preparing cash flow report, including analysis of variance between forecast and actual cash situation, forex risk control
5. Review and maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure integrity of reports.
6. Be an expert in the field of taxes, ensure timely and accurate filings of local country tax filing requirements and transfer pricing compliance.
7. Responsible for the process of budgeting, forecasting and estimating, year ending closing and cooperating with external auditor for annual report
8. Assisting in implementation of SAP in China.

Requirements:
1. CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent
2. More than 8 years experience in Finance Management, with minimum 5 years international accounting experience
3. Has strong understanding and experience with financial statement consolidations.
4. Has good understanding of China GAAP and international GAAP (IFRS).
5. Proactive, organized and independent problem solver
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Able to juggle several projects at once and know how to prioritize deadlines.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
9. Dedicated team player that is flexible and adaptable to change.
10. Strong computer skills (SAP, Excel, Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.).
11. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
