职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
- To work with OEM supplier to standardize their products to our Kaercher level for Asia market.
- Be flexible to take responsibilities to design new machines or optimization existing machines (HD, BD and Vacuum machines).
- Communicate project items with external partners, AKW, and suppliers.
- Follow up the product realization process from product design to first samples till SOP.
- Coordinate the release process (first sample inspection) in cooperation between the involved departments (design and testing, QC and purchasing).

Knowledge & Skill Required:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
- >5 years' experiences in product development with good knowledge in plastic parts, die-casting.
- Familiar with 3D design methods and software, Catia V5 experiences would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the product development and release process.
- Customer focus to understand customer requirements and transfer to suitable products.
- As part of an international team he/she should have a multicultural mindset and be a good team player.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
