Education/教育程度:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent work experience required.商业管理、供应链/物流专业本科毕业或相关工作经历
Language/语言:
Good English both oral and written.
良好的英语读写能力。
PC Skill/电脑:
With strong application ability of Microsoft Office.
精于办公软件应用。
Professional Experience /专业经验：
1. > 5 years experience of logistics operations, additional preference given to those with experience in multinational enterprise
五年以上物流运作管理经验，有大型国际企业经验者优先考虑
2. Experience in nation-wide distribution for industrial products sales
为工业产品销售订单向全国范围内的客户配送服务管理经验
3. Familiar with industrial SAP SD, 3PL TMS & WMS, and EDI
熟悉工业企业SAP SD，第三方物流运输及仓储管理IT系统, 以及EDI
4. Experience with domestic transportation and warehouse 3PL management
国内运输仓储行业第三方物流管理
5. Experience of running tender process for domestic transportation & warehouse
有国内仓储运输服务招投标经验优先考虑
6. Experience of customer service/relations management preferred
具有客户服务/客户关系管理经验者优先考虑
Main Responsibility主要职责:
Select and manage warehouse & transportation (most domestic trucking) 3PL’s to provide sales order distribution services to customers nationwide
选择和管理仓储与运输(大部分是公路运输)第三方物流，提供向全国客户的销售配送服务
Strategy Development战略发展计划：
? Conduct logistic market prices & resources analysis
对物流成本/价格以及资源进行市场分析
? Forecast volumes and design distribution logistic network and resource develop-ment strategies and blue prints
预测发展规模，制定全国配送战略，完善配送网络和资源
? Develop system (SAP SD) solutions for sales distribution delivery
提供系统(SAP SD配送)解决方案
Operation Management营运管理：
? Oversee daily logistic operations including order deliveries, warehouse inbound & outbound activities, inventory control, customer complaints and returns etc.
监控日常物流运作，包括客户订单发运, 仓库运作, 库存管理，客户投诉与退运等
? Develop, review and approve service requirement, SOP and KPI
制定，审核，批准各项操作流程，绩效指标，服务要求
? Chair business review meetings with 3PL’s for service quality, performance & cost
定期主持第三方物流业务回顾会议，考核运作表现，服务质量，成本控制
? Make contingency plans and decisions to maintain uninterrupted service
制定应急计划和决策, 保持不中断服务
? Review and approve 3PL service charges and file cost and performance report
审核批准第三方物流服务费并按时提交成本与服务绩效报告
? Develop annual distribution logistic budget and control budget spending
制定和管控年度仓储配送预算
? Promote and execute lean/continuous improvement
推动、主持精益物流和持续改进项目
Contract Management合同管理：
? Design and implement logistic tendering process and prepare all tender documents
设计策划招标流程，负责实施招标结果，准备所有招标文件
? Negotiate the most profitable contract with 3PL
负责第三方物流合同谈判，为公司争取最大利益
? Review change of market conditions and service requirements and take ownership of contract renew process to have improved operations and reduced costs.
分析明确市场变化和客户要求变化，负责合同延期/更新以获取更好的服务和价格
