Position Focus:
1. Oversees the financial soundness of the company
2. Protects its assets from any loss
3. Ensures best financial returns of the company
4. Observes generally accepted accounting standards and procedures
5. Strictly compliance all requirements of the local authority and SOX
6. Finance team buildup and accounting training
7. Improve quality of financial planning and budget controlling

Skills：
TREASURY
1. Coordinate with RHQ Treasury department to meet operation cash flow requirement.
2. Maintain sound relationship with banks, financial institutions and creditors.
3. Establish and administers programs for the provision of capital required by the company including financial arrangement and their proper administration.
4. Control authorized bank signatories of the company.
5. Oversee the plant treasury and cashiering activities.
Accounting and managerial report
6. Ensure all accounting and management reports timely and accurately
7. Ensure budget and rolling forecast timely and accurately
8. Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures and with generally accepted accounting standards and procedures.
9. Formulate accounting systems and procedures to align with the company’s policy.
10. Direct timely and accurate preparation of financial and relate statistical reports to both internal and external users.
Internal Control
11. As SOX champion, conducting the SOX implementation and its compliance
12. Conducting and pass internal audit and SOX audit
13. Handle external and internal auditor requirements.
14. Review internal accounting control and establishes a system to improve controls.
TAX AND FISCAL REQUIREMENT
15. Oversee tax administration. Ensure that tax laws and regulations are strictly adhered to. Ensure that the company is availing full tax incentives.
16. Work with RHQ Tax department to determine company tax liabilities and ensures timely payment to the government.
17. Assist all Expats in their personal tax requirements.
RISK MANAGEMENT
18. Oversee insurance coverage of company assets.
19. Work with RHQ to determine that the company is availing for the most reasonable premium rates.
20. Ensure that the company fully recovers from insurable losses.
21. Review annually insurable values of the company with the company’s appointed insurance broker
Financial Analyst
22. To lead the rolling forecast and annual plan process within the plant
23. To explain the key variance between the actual and FCST
24. To support the plant team to follow up and analyze as well as solve the issues exposed
Program Controlling
25. To control the program's financial performance to achieve committed the financial performance
OTHERS
26. Finance team buildup and train all accountants
