Job description:
?Responsibility for development of business relations with customers and launching of products resulting from such cooperation on the market.
? analyses, development and implementation of marketing and business strategies, formulation of tactics for key customers based on progress trends in particular industries;
? measuring of customer satisfaction and assessment of trends;
? establishment, management and coordination of activities at key customers abroad;
? identification of products and services for support to specific segment (revenues, market share and its preservation);
? processing of new demands;
? analyses and development of knowledge about strengths and weaknesses of competitors;
? conducting of business and technical meetings with key customers or customers from key sector;
? identification, suggestions, support for products and services on the key customers´ market;
? providing customers with information about individual products and procurement of feedback;
? responsibility for pricing of new products and services;
? monitoring of new releases launched on the market by competitors;
? processing of prognoses for marketing of products from the range produced by the Facea branch plant and monitoring of progress trends relevant to demand for car locks; ? coordination of the course for launching new products up to the drawing documentation approval stage;
? processing of proposal materials for implementation of engineering changes to items in the existing range of products;
? monitoring and procurement of necessary technical-economic information;
? processing of development trends for product development and proposals for extension, resp. change, to the product platform, initiation of KVA for new designs;
? gathering and processing of competitors details for purpose of external benchmarking and their comparison to company’s data.
? Administration and maintenance of pricelists and designs of packaging for spare parts, conclusion of business contracts with customers for spare parts. Working in the MAX information system, Ufkama1 menu.

The Company
Established as FAB in 1911, the company started with an initial manufacturing program covering door locks for the building industry, including mortise and furniture locks and associate fittings.
In 1958 the product portfolio was expanded to locks and keys for the automotive industry. Since then the company has gradually become an exclusive supplier of cylinder locks to vehicle manufacturers in former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying components to OEMs in many other countries.
In 1996 the company joined the Swedish-Finnish ASSA ABLOY Group, allowing it to be member of an established group of companies which specialized in the field of high security door opening solutions. The company’s extensive experience in the development and production of vehicle access components and systems was further enhanced in 2007 by the acquisition of CE Marshall Ltd., the leading U.K. supplier of lock systems for cars and light commercial vehicles.
Following the path of globalization of its customers, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing new plants and local customer support teams in China and Mexico. Growing demand on solutions that provided further improved security and more comfort triggered the company to move on to more sophisticated electronic vehicle access & control solutions, such as remote keyless entry and passive entry/go systems, and respective components.
From Oct. 1st 2016 the company has been under the ownership of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, one of the leading global automotive industry suppliers in vehicle access and control.
