职位描述：
1.在保证产品质量的情况下，利用现有资源主导和管理日常生产，完成额定任务；
To lead & manage the daily production to meet the objective with the existing recources without compromising the quality of products.
2.跟踪生产计划和流程；
To follow the production plan and process.
3.处理生产中的紧急问题和异常（人，设备，材料等）并不断改善生产过程以满足客户要求；
To follow the urgent production, deal with irregular issues (people, machine, materials etc) and improve the production process for the special customer requirements.
4.确认和审核不良品的检验结果；
To confirm and check the results for the defective products.
5.维护保养生产设备，进行持续改进；
To maintain the production facilities and provide the continuous improvement.
6.协助产线员工工作，保证生产的正常运转；
Assist with line staff scheduling as necessary for the smooth operation.
7.向下属传达公司的规章制度和上级的决定；
To deliver the company’s policies and regulations and the supervisor’s directions to the subordinates.
8.执行质量方针和成本改善计划（包括报废）；
To implement quality and cost saving program, including scrap.
9.监督生产线员工的工作；
To supervise the work of production line employees.
10.监督生产，严格遵守安全规程。
Supervise the production and strictly abide by the safety rules.


Requirements:
1.深谙机械制造工艺
In-depth knowledge of mechanical production processes
2.熟悉质量标准和工具
