Position: HR Specialist _ C&B
Report line: HR Manager
Position Summary:
Be HR C&B specialist to implement people strategy for Rotam China Region. Responsible for the development and implementation of HR process compliance, HRIS, annual budget, compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Policy, Process and Procedure
  *Assist HR Manager to develop HR Policy, Process and Procedure, ensure compliance in HR operation
  *Assist HR Manager to tracing and monitoring HR process & key KPI
HRIS
  *Supervise HR system implementation, and initiate optimization suggestions
  *Be as the SAP key user
Annual budget
  *Responsible for people cost budget, forecast and actual tracking
  *Analyzes data and makes recommendations to management based upon analysis
Compensation and benefits
  *Investigate, analysis current pay structure, design & adapt proper & appropriate pay, benefit, incentives program proposal
  *Proceed monthly payroll, employee welfare implementation
  *Proceed social insurance and coordinate income tax
  *Responsible for C&B competitiveness market study and analysis
Others
  *Participate corporate C&B projects and support projects implementation in China
  *Participant job evaluation and compensation structure design

Position Requirement:
*Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years above Human Resources experience, and at least 3 years’ experience in C&B roles
*Familiar with labor laws and the local government and organizations
*Experience with SAP / HRIS system
*Good PC skills, perfect skill in excel is a plus
*Good communication /listening skills, and presentation skills are essential.
*Be able to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
*Workable both written and spoken English
*Good sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
