HR Assistant/Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
？ Conduct on boarding/exit process for Expat. in order to ensure the Expat. smoothly relocate to/out China
？ Conduct one to one HR orientation to Expats. in order to ensure the new joiner fully understand China HR Policies and Government Polices
？ Coordinate with HR agency to handle staff on board or leaving issue;
？ Internal training coordination
？ Quarterly/annual appraisals communication and coordination
？ Staff activities coordination;
？ Others request by direct supervisor
Key Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree (HR major preferred)
？ 1-2 years’ HR experience in a MNC company
？ Fluent in English, communication and influencing skills, project management skills, proactive, leadership skills, Interpersonal savvy, organizational agility and action oriented, political savvy, facilitation skills, stress management
