职位描述：
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with a small group of mechanical, optical, electrical engineers to design innovative, cost effective products.
    同机械，光学，电子工程师合作设计创新的，低成本产品。
2. Perform thermal and stress analysis to validate the designs.
    能做热与应力方面的分析。
3. Perform design reviews prior to exit of each NPI phase.
    在新产品导入前进行设计评估。
4. Create and maintain responsible product drawings at all phases
    创建并维护产品在各个阶段的图纸。
5. Responsible for identifying and specifying critical to function (CTF) dimensions and inspection dimensions on the drawings for first article inspection (FAI), incoming quality control (IQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC).
    在FAI/IQC/OQC阶段定义并说明图纸的关键功能尺寸与检验尺寸。
6. Responsible for qualifying piece parts and tooling for Alpha samples, Beta samples and productions by doing first article inspection of critical dimensions and review first article inspection reports from IQC departments and vendors.
    负责产品制作各个阶段的首件认证，包括零部件与工具
7. Design and optimize fixtures and tooling in the phase of development and
manufacturing of the products.
    在产品开发与生产阶段，设计并优化治工具。
8. Do failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes in a product by classifying the severity and likelihood of the failures based on past experience to prevent similar failures from happening again.
    用FMEA进行潜在失效模式分析，在过去经验的基础上进行严重度划分，预防失效再次发生。
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience):
1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS with at least 3 years of relevant experience)
    机械专业，至少3年以上工作经验
2.Expertise on dimensioning/tolerancing and experience in FEA (incl. thermal/stress simulation) is preferred
    精通尺寸公差分析
3.Proven track record of successfully developing/transferring products into high volume manufacturing including frequent interaction with manufacturing teams both as part of transfer activities and ongoing cost/yield improvements
    有产品开发/导入经验，与制造部门一起进行成本控制，良率提升。
4. Experience in using milling machine is a plus.
    有使用铣床的经验优先录用。
5.Proficiency with SolidWorks mechanical design software and PDM system.
    精通Solidworks使用和PDM系统维护。
6. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, & interpersonal skills. Be good at English.
