职位描述：
岗位职责
Responsible for product realization during CTP tollgate 2 - 4 and support day to day
production and it's excellence from product engineering aspects
1 Design review
2 Drawing review and tolerance stack
3 Conduct DV and PV test as needed
4 Prototype build and management
5 Take lead for Design FMEA and support Process FMEA
6 FA management and approval
7 Support production and quality problem solving
8 Deviation and Engineeering change coordination
9 VA/VE project
10 Technical support to suppliers such as technical assessment, drawing/spec explanation etc.
11 CTP/tollgate review .
12 Product package
13 Other assigned work by department manager

岗位要求
1 University degree or above in mechanical engineering
2 5－7 years experience of mechanical design or process，
3 Good knowledge on stamping, plastic injection process and assembly process. It would be a plus if know webbing process as well
4 Good skills on GD&T
5 Computer skill: AutoCAD,Microsoft, SolidWorks；
6 Good concept on quality management system , understand ISO9000 or TS16949
7 Good skills on six sigma , understand CPk , Run chart ,DOE …
8 Good communication skills and team work spirit

　　昆山士德约束系统有限公司是由美国AmSafe集团投资设立的一个全资子公司。其前身为昆山安顺商业带扣有限公司，是昆山出口保税区最早的进驻企业之一。公司成立于2002年1月，后因发展需要于2004年8月成立昆山普顺商业带扣有限公司，位于昆山开发区。两家公司同属一个管理团队管理。2012年7月，因业务发展壮大，公司实行整体搬迁至陆家丰夏路26号厂房内，并完成了原昆山普顺商业带扣有限公司吸收合并原昆山安顺商业带扣有限公司的法律手续，合并后公司的名称仍保留为昆山普顺商业带扣有限公司，合并后的公司队伍不断发展壮大，管理也越来越规范化，目前公司的主营业务为研究、开发、生产和装配物件的约束系统、安全带、束缚器、货运捆绑带、吊拉带、儿童及婴儿约束产品、带网等，公司总人数已将近400人。2014年9月1日，因公司发展需要，正式更名为昆山士德约束系统有限公司，并启用新的英文标志 SHIELD。
　　讫今为此，昆山士德约束系统有限公司已成功地生产了三大类100多种安全约束产品，2013年之前产品100%销往国外市场，随着中国政府以及消费者对儿童座椅的重视，公司开始拓展国内市场。
