? Must possess a combined 3+ years of project/program management experience along with a verifiable record of results in both disciplines within the automotive industry. Project management certification preferred. 必须具备综合3年以上的汽车行业项目/项目组管理经验,并在以上两个科目有可证实的实绩。有项目管理认证者优先;
? Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent (6 additional years of related technical experience in addition to experience referenced above). Technical / Engineering Degree is highly preferred. 大学本科或同等学历(在以上提到的经验之上再需6年技术相关经验)。技术/工程专业优先;
? Strong technical background that may include knowledge of powertrain systems & components (including 4WD/AWD, fluid pressure & controls, stampings & castings, and automotive electronics) and a good understanding of cross-functional responsibilities. 强大的技术背景,其中可包括动力总成和零部件的知识(包括四轮驱动/全轮驱动、液压和控制、冲压件与铸件和汽车电子),对跨职能工作责任有很好的理解;

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
? Primary point of communication interface to the customer for the respective program(s). 所负责项目的客户基本交流接口;
? Possesses the interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customer contacts responsible for the decision making process. Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns. Understands customer's business and speaks their language. Develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment. 具有人际交往能力以与负责决策过程的关键客户联系人建立关系。积极倾听、探测和识别问题。理解客户的业务,以他们能接受的语言和方式交流。发展信誉、忠诚、信任和承诺;
? Responsible for leading the preparation and business case review of quotations for customers. Responsible for ensuring quotes target profitable and/or strategic business opportunities, performing contract reviews when awarded, and lessons learned analyses for lost business opportunities. 负责领导客户报价的准备和报价业务状况的评审。负责确保报价针对利润率和/或战略业务机会、执行合同评审、和对失去的业务机会分析经验教训;
? Cohesively aligns with Global Product Managers, Product Engineering, and Sales by providing customer feedback on products and features as well as competitive information within their respective product group.

? Owns program management through complete product life cycle from concept, quoting, program award, product development, supplier selection, launch, post–production performance, & lessons learned utilizing the Global Program Management System (GPMS). 负责整个产品生命周期的项目管理,运用全球项目管理系统(GPMS)从概念设计、报价、项目定点、产品开发、供应商选择、投产,直至批产后绩效和经验教训过程;
? Preparation and communication of program status meetings to management steering committee and escalation of critical issues. 准备项目汇报会,向管理委员会沟通项目状况和升级关键问题;
? Coordinating / monitoring project documentation, timelines, technical performance, budget, production, quality deliverables, corrective action initiatives, conducting risk analyses, and implementing required counter actions.
? 协调/监控项目文档、时间表、技术性能、预算、生产、质量文件、纠正措施计划,进行风险分析,并实施所需的反应措施;
? Full program management ownership of program-related functional activities: quoting, purchasing, product engineering, quality, manufacturing / launch management, & finance/budget. 全面负责项目相关功能活动的项目管理,包括:报价、采购、产品工程、质量、制造/投产管理和财务/预算;
? Manage Series Production Phase including claims management, change management & continuous improvement, VA/VE activities, and execution of ongoing price negotiations / adjustments. 管理批量生产阶段包括索赔管理、变更管理和持续改进、VA / VE活动,和持续的价格谈判/调整执行;
? No direct supervisory responsibilities, but carries out leadership / program management responsibilities (dotted-line basis) over project team. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; input into appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 没有直接的主管职责,但对项目团队实行领导力/项目管理职责 (非直属原则)。职责包括计划、分配和指导工作,提供绩效评估输入,处理投诉和解决问题;

? Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针;
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知危害沟通控制程序,并按体系要求执行;
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准,和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
