职位描述：
Job Requirement

1.University degree (Bachelor engineering)
2.Technical background in plastic raw material transformation
3.Knowledge in injection, extrusion and blow molding
4.Technical background in engineering is required to support technical discussion and project management
5. Min. 3 years working experience, direct automotive valve business or turbocharger engine development experience is desired.
6.Knowledge of customers: automobile manufactures
7.Computer skills in MS Office, Power Point & Auto CAD (read drawings)
8.Native from Mainland China
9.Strong presentation and communication skills both in Chinese and English.

Job Description

1.Be prior to develop the valve business related to the turbocharger engine system.
2. Interface with customers in China for applications of valve products.
3Developing the market, i.e. collecting and actively researching relevant information about automobile market and relevant competitors
4.Managing together with the company team the sales activities in China and developing the sales and marketing objectives
5.Analyzing car sales statistics to determine the forecast situation and inventory requirements and monitor customer requirements
6.Operational and strategic planning, sales and marketing policy, developing of market position
7.The acquisition of important automobile projects, leading customer presentations supporting technical discussions and project management
8.The development of sales strategy in coordination with the General Manager to confirm and develop our position on the market in the future
9.Preparing information for the annual planning process in coordination with the General Manager
