职位描述：
Position Summary:
1.Establishing & maintaining CAE resources to provide FEA(Finite Element Analysis);
   运用CAE进行FEA分析;
2.Issue technical reports and answer technical inquiries of the product engineer timely;
   与产品工程师协作提供技术支持并完成结构设计;
3.Develop,test innovative solutions to improve competitveness;
   根据分析结果开发并提供提高产品结构性能的解决方案；
4.Carry out and fulfill action programs and customer projects;
    按照项目要求按时完成设计和后期维护；
5.Provide product and precessing training and presentations to customers.
   给客户提供培训和过程展示.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering or Polymer Science;
    本科以上学历, 机械制造或者高分子材料专业；
2. At least 3+ years working experience of CAE field in stamping parts and engineering plastic parts;
    钣金件或者工程塑料件 3年以上的CAE经验；
3. Good at optimizing the design on FEA results;
    根据FEA结果进行结构优化的经验;
4. Strong problem analyzing and trouble shooting skills;
