Job Summary:
Be a business partner responsible for driving and implementing hiring activities to meet recruitment targets.
Partnering with Regional & Global Talent Acquisition team, HR cross functional teams, Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Recruitment Vendors, and Campus Relations, to drive the talent acquisition initiatives.
Leading 2-3 of the recruitment team members in Shanghai.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Represent Shanghai TA team to collaborate with across HR functions/global teams, and engage with business groups/leaders when necessary
2.Lead 2-3 TA team members in Shanghai, coach and manage their performance in daily operations
3.Work as recruiter to drive and facilitate the review and analysis of talent needs and come out with concrete recruiting strategies and annual recruiting plan according to business strategies
4.Analyze talent market and come out with Market Intelligence Analysis report and Talent Mapping solution to the business;
5.Follow company recruiting processes, procedures and policies to monitor the whole recruiting cycle, guide and advise the hiring managers and interviewers.
6.Fulfill the open positions and meet recruiter's targets / KPIs
7.Recommend, evaluate, work with and manage the selected 3rd party vendors, including job boards, qualified search firm partners and assessment providers, for the supply and assessment of potential candidates.
8.Campus relationship build up and campus hiring
9.Lead or participate in the recruiting projects as requested
10.Other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above
2.Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin, good interpersonal and communication skill.
3.Multinational Company Working Experience
4.8-10 years’ work experience including 5 years and above in IT industry background, and experience supporting R&D site;
5.Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing & hiring talents
6.Regional Project Driving and management Skill
7.Team Lead experience is a plus
