Job Summary:
Assisting Marketing Manager to develop marketing plan for development of business and implementation of the plan.
Responsibility:
1 Be responsible for securing the position of Vileda in relevant categories in China.
2 Manage products portfolio in different channel (Online, Offline) with different promotion mix.
3 Initiate, execute and evaluate the annual marketing plan to deliver the business result.
4 Work with internal communication team and designer to develop new communication concepts and innovative ideas to build up brand awareness and reinforce brand equity.
5 Work with regional GBD to develop new product and enlarge footprint in China.
6 Follow End to End process to fully trigger consumer demand at point of purchase.
7 Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary supporting to enable them to clear the unique selling points of the product. This involves offline and online supporting, product training, relevant UED (user experience design), and POSM and promotion proposal both offline and online.
8 Responsible for reviewing monthly sales data by category and channel, make regular brand analysis based on monthly sales report, yearly retail audit data, brand tracking, competitors monitoring etc., make gap analysis and develop appropriate action plans. Monitor & analyze market trend, consumer insights and competitor intelligence to identify the market opportunities for the brand development.
9 Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries
10 Work with different functions to make sure of routine result delivery and various product launches.
11 Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for NPD launch document, promotion tactics and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
12 Responsible for preparing promotion proposal together with trade marketing.
13 Lead the event management project.
Requirement:
1 University degree or above.
2 Minimum 5 years FMCG product management experience
3 Experience in launch of 2 NPD products
4 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese and good computer skill as well as MS office operation
5 Good communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and data-based analytical capabilities are necessary
6 Build a strong brand with excellent product mix and take Vileda to a decent height in China.
7 Work out and implement brand plan, which helps achieve yearly sales & market share target, within the scope of company compliance and brand marketing budget, by fully analyzing external consumer insights, competition and internal brand capability.
8 Being team orientated but with an ability to work autonomously.
