职位描述：

1. Follow the company’s EHS rules, participate the company’s activities on EHS training and drill. etc. Introduce the EHS policy and all the measurement indicators to the public.
2. Market survey: Comprehensive understanding of the market in Asia: product needs, market size & competitors by working closely with the local marketing and sales team, by any other information channels and by visiting distributors and end users;
3. Based on a continuously updated knowledge about the market, manage and rationalize the product lines in order to grow in the local market and maximize the margin of sales;
4. With the worldwide Product Manager and the other regions' Product Manager, coordinate the ATPs for sourcing or for offering the most competitive products for the affiliates by using the industrial installations in Asia;
5. Provide technical and commercial assistance to local sales team for new product introduction or specific issues and organize sales team & customers training;
6. Improve coordination with the sales team and assist in achieving the sales budget;
7. Give guidelines to R&D and local operations in order to fit the market needs;
8. Understand the customer needs and push the organization to meet it;
9. Understand the complex matrix organization in Asia and best use it to develop CA business;
10. Lead effectively the Chinese and SEA product team.

* Typical Education Level 教育背景：

Bachelor and above degree, preferably in Marketing or Business administration or Abrasive or Polymer

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

1. At least eight years in Abrasive and five years product management related experience.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
