职位描述：
1.负责采购订单处理，保证供应顺畅，避免生产缺料。
Responsible for PO release, make sure material fulfill production, avoid material shortage
2， 负责所有原材料的库存管理
Responsible for raw material inventory management
3， 负责新老物料切换的过程跟踪，确保正常供应，避免呆料产生
Monitoring old and new material switch successfully
4， 制定有效物料采购优化策略，如VIM 、寄售或看板等等；有效降低原料库存
Control inventory effectively according to some project: VMI, consignment or Kanban etc.
5， 监督与指导采购员的日常工作，组织采购员业务知识的培训，提升采购员业务能力
Monitoring buyer daily work, improve buyer skill according to some purchase training
6， 领导安排的其他任务
Other work arrange by manager
Request of qualification素质要求：
Work experience 工作经验
5年以上制造业采购或生产计划工作经验（汽车、电缆行业优先考虑）
Above 5 years purchase or production planning in manufacture industry (auto or cabling industry will be excellent)
Education background 教育背景
大专或以上学历。
College degree or above
Major requirement所学专业
采购管理专业优先。
