职位描述：
Your tasks:
? Responsible for performing independent assembly and service operations at domestic (office) and abroad.
? Responsible for customer support for the Chinese and Asian market.
? Telephone hotline 365 day’s
? Complete commissioning of blowers and systems at customers site.
? Final assembly of blowers at site after transportation
? Repairing blowers at customer site.
? Training of customers.
? Create and maintain offers for the after sales market including maintenance contracts and spare parts packages.
? Reading and understanding of the technical documentation from our blowers like manuals, drawing, part list, order confirmation…
? Check, approve and release the technical designs of the plant according to our order confirmation
? Measurements with mobile instruments for e.g. coupling alignment, vibration analyses, pressure/ flow readings….
? Create time sheets, reports and documents according Piller internal regulations.
Our expectations:
? Four year Mechanical Engineer degree
? 3-5 years minimum practical experience in the field for blowers or pumps.
? Good knowledge of English in words and writing
? Travel may be required up to 90% or exceeding
? Experience in testing fields
? High degree of familiarity with instrumentation, laboratory testing techniques, vibration analyses, performance verification…
? Good fundamental understanding of physical and mechanical processes.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone or in groups to accomplish tasks
? Familiarity with, ASME /DIN standards. Ability to read, understand and interpret ISO and ASME technical drawings, hydraulic and electronic schematics, technical standards and reports
? Strong understanding of Machine Design, Strength of Materials theory and Statistical methods
? Ability to manage aggressive program or project timelines
? Ability to collaborate with Customers, Suppliers to implement design solutions, root cause issues and provide clear and thorough technical reports to customers and Piller departments
? Ability to effectively use multimedia web based tools to collaboration and communicate with global customers and other Piller colleagues
? This job is offered on a permanent or long-term basis. An initial training period for duration of approx. 6 months will take place at the HQ Germany, BTT Taicang, BCS Shanghai and time by time at customer site.

工作要求：
正规高等院校机械工程师学历
在风机、泵等领域有至少3-5年的实践经验
良好的英语口语和写作知识
出差可能需要高达90%或以上
有测试领域的经验
熟悉仪器仪表，实验室测试技术，振动分析，性能验证…
对物理和机械过程有良好的基本理解。
优秀的沟通技巧，能够独立工作或在小组中完成任务
熟悉ASME、DIN标准。能够阅读、理解和解释ISO和ASME技术图纸、液压和电子原理图，技术标准和报告
对机械设计、材料强度理论和统计方法有很好的理解
有能力管理棘手项目
有能力与客户、供应商协调沟通以达成技术解决方案，找出问题的根本原因汇报给客户和琵乐的相关部门
能够有效地使用多媒体的基于Web的工具，与全球客户和其他地区的琵乐同事沟通协作
