Title: Finance Manager
Report to: Managing Director
Job Description:
1. Coordinate other depts.. to draw out finance budget including cash plan, set down financing plan.
2. Attend the important meeting of the company, answer questions on finance work, participate management decision- making of the company.
3. Analyze cost and expense variance, calculate cost and forecast the trend of cost, give the method and suggest of decreasing cost.
4.Make management report for company management \ Zhenjiang network and group.
5. Deal with the account under national laws and rules strictly, take charge of general ledger, finance statement, group reports etc.
6.ICP management.
7. Calculate production cost accurately according to company requirements in time.
8. Recalculate and maintain the standard cost regularly.
9. Participation of drawing out of the entire contract, and other important economic files.
10. Coordinate the work between finance department and other departments.
11. Draw out department goal and distribute work tasks, make action plans.
12. Maintain the finance module of ERP system.
13. Under Zhenjiang Network guidance, set up all kinds of financial regulations.
14. Hold meeting of finance department, coordinate and guide the finance staff to finish their target.
15. Consummate finance organization and personnel prepare, responsible for the trainning and examining of the finance staff.
16. Make KPI indicate for each accountant and evaluate their performance.
Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree
2. 5 years’ experience on Finance Management
3. Rich finance knowledge, actual operation skills, good English
4. Good Organization and management, communication cooperation ability
