Job description:

- PLC control system hardware design & modifications
- PLC software development & modifications ( eg. Siemens Simatic)
- Define and co-ordinate purchasing and track delivery of required hardware components.
- Drive activities for localization of hardware.
- Work with lead plants to ensure designs & modifications adhere to the defined standards.
- Support Lean Line Design Activities
- Promote and enforce BPS principles
- Work with MOE and PUI to establish clear Equipment Technical Specifications
- Ensure compliance to relevant Bosch and Local regulations related to equipment design and release so that product quality & operator safety are guaranteed.
- Work closely with CC/PUI-CN to ensure suitable and capable equipment suppliers are used
- Installation and release of equipment in production location
- Support ramp-up of equipment in production location.
- Support design review and release of turn-key equipment

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Electrical Design, preferably in the field of automation. An advanced degree, such as a Master’s Degree is advantageous and might substitute some years of experience.
- At least 1 year experience in High Tech Manufacturing Environment
- PLC hardware & software design (C+/C++/ST)
- Understaning of Advanced Manufacturing technologies.
- Understanding of TS 16949 and China OH&S requirements, BPS understanding
- Opcon experience as a puls
- Good command of English, both oral & written.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Some travel within China and abroad might be required. Occasional overtime work might be necessary. 举报 分享
