职位描述：
1. Organize the review interiorly once receive customer’s order, make order acknowledgement to customer timely.
接到订单后组织内部订单评审，并及时给客户确认订单
2. Base on the on-hand orders to prepare the “delivery plan” as an instruction to ship and deliver
基于订单整理出货计划，以指导发货
3. Maintain the related sales record forms and key order information into QAD system.
维护销售的相关表格并将订单信息录入QAD系统
4. Collect and analyses related sales data then submit sales reports periodically
整理、分析销售数据，定期提交销售报表
5. By quality system request, prepare annual customer satisfaction survey and make details report
按照质量体系要求开展客户满意度调查并总结
6. Map out sales forecast based on customer’s forecast information
根据客户预测信息制定销售预测
7. Visit customer periodically and maintain good business relationship
定期拜访客户，维护良好的商务关系
8. Forward customers’ complaint to interior related staff and handle the rejected parts as the process document
将客户抱怨传递给内部相关人员，按照程序文件处理退货品
9. Assist finance department to issue invoices and forward invoices to customer
协助财务正确开票并将发票传递给客户
10. Assist finance department to check the account receivable (AR) with customer
协助财务跟客户对账
11. Other assigned work by manager or supervisor
经理或主管分配的其他相关工作
12. Good team work spirit, to obey the leadership arrangement.
具有良好的团队合作精神，能够服从上级领导的安排。

岗位要求：
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in marketing & sales field. Powder metal subject is preferred. Individual must be familiar market, quotation system, import and export rules, QAD system, and has working experience in foreign company.
至少2年以上市场销售管理经验，具有粉末冶金市场销售经验者首选。熟悉市场销售规律，熟悉产品报价系统，熟悉进出口规则以及QAD系统。具有在外企工作的经验。 举报 分享
