职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Develop supply chain model and execution plan to fulfill our OEM customers’ supply chain expectations.
2. Support Program Manager in interfacing with customers on all materials / supply chain related issues.
3. Drive, coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information across functions and sites to fulfill customers’ orders.
4. Develop cost reduction & lead time strategies to optimize inventory level.
5. Be the single point of supply chain communication focus to customer.
6. Attend customers QBR to present inventory projection, price & L/T reduction strategy. Attend conference call and keep good relationship with customer.
7. Drive and achieve customer satisfaction in materials cost competitiveness.
8. Analyze forecast with PM/PC and sign demand loading approval form.
9. Develop, recommend and execute flexibility material plan to fulfill customers’ expectations.
10. Develop cost reduction strategy and provide L/T flexibility model to maintain inventory level.
11. Manage E&O and drive to optimize materials’ inventory turns, and minimizing risk and exposures.
12. Manage FA project launching, analyze ECN on material and claim material exposure.
13. Drive CMS Buyer to provide shortage report to support on material full kits flexibility. Support solving critical shortage.
14. Identify and controlling PO release for NCNR/LTB/EOL items.
15. Work with key supplier to develop VMI/JIT program.
16. Monitor commodity buyer to provide accountable forecast to supplier on VMI/JIT material.
17. Work with SDE to source alternative supplier/part to maintain supply flexibility and develop cost reduction.
18. Manage and approve Spot Buy or MOQ & excess buy.
19. Drive Purchasing to work on L/T and MOQ/SPQ reduction to optimize inventory level.
20. Drive Buyer to clean MRB/NCMR material timely.
21. Maintain system correctly and timely for MPN/ABC class & etc..
22. Management/Measurement the performance for CMS Buyer.
23. Prepare and do cross coaching with Team Member.
24. Practice others assigned by management.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 4 years of work experiences in supply chain management.
3. Have leadership experience of buyer/ OM/ Planner will be preffered.
4. Knowledge of computer based MRP system preferred.
5. Bilingual and be able to communicate with all levels.
6. Strong problem solving skill & decision making.
7. Excellent negotiation skill.
