职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1,Lead the team to take care of the NPI, espercially for the tooling project management and intenral project management;
2,Setup the standard for the tooling supplier, coach and support the supplier to meet company's requirments;
3,Responsible for the internal techinicle improvment projects, include the auto project, continuous improvement project, et;
4,Lead the team to improve the production efficiency and yields, continuesly improve the internal competitiveness;
5,Creat and set up the standard for "PROCESS";
6,Responsible for the problem solving and work with the team to support customers;
7,Collaborate with production, quality and SCM and other functions on production line integration, transferring, product design and others;
8, Familiar with RJG Training;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical or equivalent;
2, Broad knowledge of material, process design, product design, tooling and component technical knowledge in engineering filed;
3, More than 10 years working experience in auto industry;
4, Self-motivated, proactive with strong teamwork spirits;
5, Good communication skill and fluent English both in oral and written; 举报 分享
