职位描述：
Representative Duties:
? Provide packaging design and manufacturing expertise to development team, including material application, product presentation and layout, manufacturing and finishing scheme, design for manufacturing (part level) analysis.
? Be responsible for packaging structural design and documentation. Be responsible for design review with supplier, drawing approval and kick-off.
? Management of overall manufacturing operations for packaging parts, e.g. RFQ assistance, tooling specification, trial runs, ISR(Initial Sample Review), corrective actions, process setup, delivery to support pilot builds… etc.
? Establish packaging development schedule that can meet the project time lines, monitor the process to ensure the quality and progress. Collaborate with peer functions to integrate the artwork development and printing material development.
? Collaboration with peer functions on part qualification.
? Trouble shooting to resolve manufacturing issues.
? Lead and execute cost saving project through introduction of new materials, processes and creative designs.
? Help with sourcing and localization.
? Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
.BS degree or above in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering. Graduated from well recognized university will be priority.
.5 years plus experience in packaging design development. Experience with audio/video products a plus.
.Capable of managing the packaging development projects independently, from concept to mass production.
.Immediate knowledge on various packaging material application and experience on material selection, such as boards, corrugated, thermoform plastics, pulp molding…
.Immediate knowledge on gift box and bulk pack design and development for audio products.
.Immediate knowledge on printing and finishing technology and processes.
.Broad practical knowledge on clam shell (thermoform) design and development.
.Strong project management skills with orientation to detail analysis and milestone targets for multiple
.Good PC skill.
.Good English communication skill both in oral and written.
.Ability to work effectively in team environment.
.Understanding to ISO quality system and SPC tools.
.Has Problem Solving capability.
