职位描述：
PRIMARY PURPOSE/主要职责:
          Responsible of process engineering assignments that involves tool design, the introduction of new processes, products and continuous process improvement.
 
         SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIES/具体职责：
         Tool and fixture design, evaluation. 工装具的设计,评估
         Develop and provide timely solutions for new processes. 为新工艺提供及时解决方案
         Apply automation techniques to maximize productivity 利用自动化技术最大化产能
         Solve problems with emphasis on root cause analysis找到根本原因解决问题
         Reduce costs and improve processes within the factory.在工厂内减少成本改善制程
         Quickly adopt new products and understand their use, operation and requirements.快速的采用新品并理解产品的使用,操作及要求
         Evaluate technical opportunities and new equipment for improved efficiency.评估技术及新设备以便提高效率
         Support production teams in meeting efficiency, quality and delivery requirements为生产提供技术支持
         Process Continuous improvement 制程持续改善
         Other tasks assign per business need 主管派的其他工作
 
        EDUCATION/教育背景:
        BS degree in Mechanical &Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline. Master desired.
        机械或者电子技术专业.
 
        WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE/相关工作经验:
         Minimum of 8 years applicable manufacturing engineering experience, including automation experience. Experience in tool design and modifications
         RF industrial experience is a plus.
         8年相关工作制造业工作经验, 自动化经验. 工具, 治具的设计改善.射频行业经验为佳。
 
        OTHER TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/SPECIFIC COMPETENCY/其它技能/专业资格:
        Demonstrated expertise in engineering concepts, practices.
        Strong interpersonal skills are required.
        Demonstrated problem solving skills.
        Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
