JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description Title: Logistic & Procurement manager Effective Date:
Department: Logistic & Procurement manager Location: Wuxi & Suzhou, Shanghai, CHINA
Reports to: Operation Director Status: FULL-TIME

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Pactics group mass production raw material planning execution, procurement from supplier and organize logistic to group oversea factory. Make sure material arrive group oversea factory with required lead time and quantity. Minimize total logistic cost base on group quality standard. Manage company domestic subcontract product order to ensure on time delivery to customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicate with group oversea factory planning department for material demand on regular basis, make material purchasing planning and container delivery schedule.
2. Issue raw material forecast to supplier base on brother company raw material plan, communicate and monitor supplier raw material delivery progress to reach company raw material delivery plan.
3. Resolve any abnormal material delivery issue with supplier, balance material order quantity among different supplier to reach company order proportion plan and on time delivery target.
4. Work with quality and sourcing department to reach contingency plan for those quality issue may affect our raw material delivery plan.
5. Develop & communicate with oversea factory planning department for raw material shipping plan, organize with supplier for delivery and loading planning accordingly.
6. Monitor & organize raw material stock at supplier warehouse on regular basis to prevent any potential issue may affect our on time delivery plan.
7. Base on sales department requirement, manage outsourcing supplier to delivery product on time with good quality.
8. Make sure our department prepare any import & export related document correctly and on time, resolve any abnormal issue happens during process.
9. Issue product subcontract order to supplier, organize team to monitor supplier progress to reach company on time delivery plan.
10. Prepare department related document which required by company HR & finance team.
11. Implement department related ERP module, maintain & monitor correct information in ERP system.
12. Participant or lead company assigned project related to logistic and procurement process improvement.
13. Review and report department performance on regular basis, develop action plan to improve aspects which have abnormal issue.
14. Implement company instruction which lead to improve or change processes in support of the company’s growth objectives.
15. Manage attendance time, work discipline and assessment and appraisal of all subordinates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
? College degree preferred

2. Experience
? At least 5 years’ experience in logistic & material procurement;
? ERP experience required
? Textile or apparel related industry preferred

3. Knowledge of:
? MRP or ERP equivalent Material Requirement Planning software
? Product and process knowledge

4. Skills and Abilities
? Planning: an ability to think ahead and prepare action plan to achieve results

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
