职位描述：
Qualifications：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or similar field;
2.Have more than 5 years’ experience as equipment & Tooling designer at the automobile and automobile supplier world;
3.Must be familiar in mechanic, electric , pneumatic, hydraulic;
4.Good knowledge in complex assembly machines (good automation knowledge & plastic industry equipments);
5.Should have years of experience in plastic product process and automatic assembly line;
6.Strong communication skills as well as a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain. (communicating with abroad colleague);
7.Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
8.Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure;
9.Have a good level on technical English ;
10.Familiar MS Office, etc software;
11.Have good experience in 2D/3D construction (e.g. UG,CATIA, AutoCAD, Inventor).

Responsibilities：
1.ECN process improvement and product development support ;
2.Control project time ,cost and risk ; Launch project on time until SOP
3.Customer audit & run and rate ;
4.Project Document preparing(CP, PFMEA;WI,Jig List , Cmk , Ppk, Cpk,Spare Part , Maintenance Plan , Machine hand book , Lay_Out & Material Flow ,Lops and so on.);
5.Researches equipment & tool designs to create and revise equipment & tool usage instructions;
6.Gathers information to design and construct machines, tools and equipment;
7.An excellent Mechanical Engineer specialist in machines & equipments for plastic industry , used to define new process and production lay out for Automotive plastic parts manufacturing and components assembly;
8.He is motivated to follow up the industrialization of new projects , manufacturing and trials of our new machines and equipment for our Chinese factory;
9.Able to attend the technical review with the supplier and internal colleague to make sure the process proposed will be efficient ,he will proposed the corrective action to improve Machines & equipment reliability and performance;
10.He will built the process with a rigorous documentation and procedure;
11.Should be competent in problem solving for all process related issues;
12.He will be able to train technicians and workers on the new processes;
13.Should be able to analyze the specifications, analyze the machine drawing, give advice to ensure this machine will match with our requirement and reach the performances;
14.Follow up the process trial and propose the appropriate improvement and respect on the cycle time;
15.Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the Automotive Quality targets;
16.Abide by the regulation of ISO14001 and TS16949 and take the responsibility in security, environment and quality written in company system documents. 举报 分享
